Flex Letter Track / Texas Track
Flex letters track is what holds the .030 flexible plastic letters on a sign face. Flex track is also called Texas track in the sign world vocabulary. Each piece of tracking is 7’6″ (90″) long in length per strip. This track is mostly used on portable outdoor signs and is riveted on to the sign face to keep it secure to the sign face material with aluminum rivets.This track is used for repair or to make a 8′ sign face but can be cut down to size if making a smaller face. It is to be used with letters ranging from .025 – .030 thickness these letters are flexed into the sign tracking. Flex track is not to be confused with rigid track, push up drop down track (PUDD) or zip track. Flex track is not to be used with the rigid letters, Zip change letters, Hi Impact DR letters or Gemini Pronto letter. This flex track is made from polycarbonate plastic and is durable it can be drilled for rivet use to attach to sign face and even rolled up for shipping to save on shipping cost.
